Colburn Dance

Here is a slideshow of images that were taken of the Professional Dance Training program at the Colburn School of Performing Arts in downtown Los Angeles. These photos were taken through the year 2007-2008 and gives a behind the scenes glimpse of of the hard work these dancers put in as they work toward their dreams of becoming professional dancers. Dance

For the past couple of years, I've had the privilege of photographing a small group of dedicated dancers. These are the dancers of the Professional Dance Training program at the Colburn School of Performing Arts in downtown Los Angeles. I'm amazed at the dedication and discipline of these dancers. These high school aged dancers train at least 3-4 hours a day 5 days a week. And now you can appreciate their talent and athleticism. They will be performing at the Japan America Theater on May 10, at 3pm. And then two performances at Zipper Hall at the Colburn School one on May 23rd at 7 pm and at 3pm on the 24th.
