Impromptu

Invited to a small gathering with some friends in Venice Beach on a holiday weekend. The family of four decided to walk along the boardwalk and to the beach. I tagged along, one camera, one lens, one roll of delta 3200 black and white film. Impromptu family session. Gritty, grainy, fun.

lovely! I especially am fond of the first one with those huge eyes staring right at lens. Was this with your leica? Love the grain! Oh man, delta 3200... I can't remember the last time shot with that!

yep, leica M4-2, 35mm 1.4 lens. 3200 in bright daylight, nice and grainy. I probably shot it at f16 1/1000, which is slightly overexposed (not sure since there's no meter in the camera and I forgot my handheld).
